Service Department at Mercedes Benz of Covington is as great as I’ve ever seen. They don’t try to sale me additional services or items. In fact, I asked for 4 tires and my service advisor explained that I only needed 2. Easy, quick, priced right, well explained and that was with a loaner😊

After a drive from Shreveport for a brief family visit last Friday night in Mandeville my brake fluid light came on. Early Saturday morning I was waiting for the Service Department to open. There was a person who came and unlocked the gate, shortly I discovered it was my guardian angel Sherry! We have used other Mercedes dealerships in our area. This is by far the best. It’s clean and comfortable if you have to wait. Every loaner we have had was almost brand new. The service is over the top! If you leave your vehicle, they keep you informed of the progress. They are really “ customer friendly”.

My experience with Mercedes Benz of Covington has always been excellent. My service advisor, Sherry, kept me up to date with my repair, advising me when I dropped my car off of a repair time estimation. Angie had organized and had a loaner ready for me. When my car was ready I received a call from Sherry and my check out was quick and easy. My car was returned cleaned and thankfully the air conditioner working again!

Would love to give a shout out to my last experience with the maintenance and service dept. They were very accommodating, professional and prompt with attendance to my needs. A big shout out to Sherry Blades for coordinating my service promptly.
Checking in was easy and the rep Shelly was great. Logan also helped me and was fantastic. Requesting a courtesy vehicle was not as smooth. I asked for one during my appt set up and was immediately told one wasn’t available. That seemed strange because the young lady on the phone didn’t even check anything to verify one wasn’t available. The answer was too immediate. When I checked in I mentioned a courtesy car and was met with the same type of response. Very immediate.
