Amazing experience at MB of Covington because of Ty Creppel (service client advisor) and Robert Anthony (service tech) I Was driving from Florida to CA with a new sprinter van. Error code came up and I was unable to place the van in gear. Once I got to the dealership, Ty was professional, efficient, and kind. Once he understood that I was only passing through the state, he offered to also help find accommodations for the night, restaurant recommendations, etc. if the repairs were to take multiple days. I just purchased a certified pre-owned 2018 S560 from Mercedes-Benz of Covington. The team was very professional. I test drove the vehicle and mentioned the brakes were a little squeaky and I noticed some vibration I the steering wheel at speed.
