It was easy and convenient to schedule the appointment. The appointment was ready when we arrived. Our service technician was very courteous and prompt in recognizing our arrival and requested service. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and respectful of our time there. Service was prompt and quicker than anticipated.
Service department is very professional and courteous. I did have to leave my car longer than expected due to an unrelated problem discovered on drive home. The car was immediately brought back and they are looking into problem.
Needed service A on my Sprinter motorhome. The service was completed without issue. Needed new wiper blades but $140 just seems high when I can get a pair of beam/blade ones for $20. I get that someone else is installing them but $120 for installation seems ridiculous. Also, on the way home my DEF light went off. Given the cost of the Service A one would think this would be checked and topped off. Unfortunately they are the closest with the ability to provide service on a Sprinter van.
My check engine light went off so I drove straight to the dealership before it disappeared (this had happened in the past, so they weren’t able to find the problem). A quick diagnosis test was done while I waited which showed a possible problem. Since the car was driveable, I made an appointment for 2 weeks later, when I could get a loaner car. We were greeted by our salesman, Seth Bertus who was very attentive to our needs. We ordered our GLS580 and Seth made sure our experience was exceptional. He listened to our choices and asked the appropriate questions. We had our vehicle ordered within a short time and was told he would update us along the build process. Within a couple of months, we took ownership of a beautiful SUV. Seth and Mercedes Benz of Covington made the entire experience a very easy and pleasant one.

I received exceptional service on my GLC 300. My service advisor, Sherry was fantastic. I had transmission and battery service done. The price was below what I was quoted at another dealership and I was given a loaner while my car was serviced, a perk not offered at the other dealership. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!!! We purchased a new Mercedes from Mercedes Covington the Summer of 2025. We were sold the maintenance contract and paid cash for it. After being told inaccurate information regarding the contract, we elected to cancel it the next day. We were promised a full refund, which was over 2,800.00. After at least 15 phone calls, emails and visits to the location, it took almost 9 weeks to get a refund and we still DID NOT get the full amount back. We had our 2023 Mercedes Sprinter in for service for a couple days to have a windshield put in, recalibrate radar and check misc. fault lights that come on time to time. This morning at 10:18am we get an email with the mechanic talking showing our van is ready. He says the windshield is installed, the sensor calibrated and at this time no fault codes...he will test drive and he is done. Sherry was very professional in handling the repairs to my Mercedes Sprinter RV. It was damaged due to a road hazard. She had her team assess the damage. She ordered the parts and completed the repairs a day earlier than expected. 5 Star service for sure.
Had a flat on a tire I had purchased a few months ago. This is a hassle with run flat tires but it is what it is. Joseph in service could not have been better. He got me in and out in a couple of hour all fixed and a complementary inspection. All good.
Just bought another CPO from them. Pleasant and professional throughout. I will probably do this again when I need another car.

Bought car from dealership in October. They sold me on how great service department was . Fuel gauge was faulty . I had to wait a month for service . Was told sender was bad . Change sender . 2more weeks to get car back and car is still broke .

The business manager was rude and pushy. His name was Mattews- very unprofessional. We decided not to purchase because of him.
Absolutely terrible experience at this dealership. The general manager was rude and arrogant. The poor web sales guy was clueless, but very kind and the finance manager was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. There are too many other options when it comes to Mercedes to waste your time being treated poorly at this place.
Completely dissatisfied with the lack of professional that we were subjected to. When your sales rep (Chris) takes your call on a holiday weekend then comes to your house (convertible roof stuck) to help, then has a maintenance tech (Thomas) come too...and they call the master tech (Jamaal) who walks them through the problem by phone...you know your dealer has your back.
